I live in North-West Quebec, at 45.83°N, 73.91°W. It was Iridium 47
which flared at -8 June 12 at 23:48:46 Eastern Daylight Time (GMT -
4:00) at 41° elevation. The center was just 5 km away from my home. The
moon was 97% full and only 20° above the horizon. The azimut of the moon
was about 160° and the flare, 230°. With my camera (Olympus C2100UZ
digital) fully unzoomed, I was just able to cath both objects. The sky
was a little bit foggy and obviously flooded with moon light which is
why there are not many stars on the picture.
