另外，那些以往已经被公告过的SOHO彗星（有编号的真实彗星）彗星是真的，但其发现者
在发现时的报告有问题的，怎么办？还有可能再增加或改换吗？……比如说下面的二彗星。
SOHO-946和SOHO-1299，这两颗彗星，当时，我都报告了，结果KB专家都确定给别人了……

关于昨天在C3图片上出的1颗Kreutz彗星，Arkadiusz Kubczak在Nov 15 2009 16:16:57的
报告，我认为他报的1618和1642的坐标不对，与后边的2018和2042的坐标来看，整个报告
存在着彗星目标的位置、速度和方向不规律；而后来的Toni Scarmato在16:34:58报告的3
个位置是正确的。
那么，最后他们二人的报告，哪一个将得到确定？难道还是并列发现吗？……
其实，历史上已经出现过好几次这样的情况了，而后来的结果要么是只给第一个报告的人
确认发现，或者是二人并列发现——然而，他们的报告时间差早就超出1分钟了。要我说：
在当时，肯定还有别人也发现了这颗彗星，只是当他看到有人“提前”报告了，自己没有
再报告而已，我本人以前就曾经遇到过多次了。现在我们大家都知道C3图上的目标，至少
也得有3个位置才能发出报告，有的时候，一个彗星在2张图上就已经是比较明显了，由于
此时只有2个位置报不成，有人就开始在几小时甚至是十几个小时前的图上去寻找对应点，
如果这个彗星比较亮，那么还是有可能找到对应点的；然而，多数情况下有人为了能得到
这颗彗星，找到的一个或二个位置对不上，也发出了报告；当然，还有人会耐心地等待第
3张图出来后，有了三个正确的位置了再报告，报完之后才发现别人早就已经报过了。
现在的问题是：
（1）象这样用只有二个正确位置加上一个或二个不正确的位置先发出的报告，是不是对于
后面的用三个正确位置发报告的人来说有些“不公平”呢？
（2）如果说他在几小时前的图上找到的对应点，等补图后再看是正确的，我们认为这样的
报告水平比较高，那么他这样的行为还算不算是投机行为？
（3）如果最后的结果只有这样先报告的人得到这颗彗星了，那么后面按要求正确报告的人
他不认输怎么办？难道他就这样白参与了一次报告吗？……以后，他也可能会这样报告了。
（4）如果说最后是他们二人并列发现这颗彗星的话，以后，在类似情况下，会不会有更多
的人来模仿这样的报告？其实，这样并不是真正意义上的只相差几秒到十几秒的并列发现。
（5）有可能的话，希望专家尽快制定出新的规则以防类似的情况继续这样发展下去。谢谢！

If I think correct, Karl gave you discovery credit, because you were only one minute
after Masanori and you submited full correct report. For other situations: Toni /
Arkadiusz (Nov 15 2009 16:16:57) and Jiangao/Robert we had more different situation
because first reports showed up ~15-20 minutes before second reporter. Then I
published comet discovery lists with every person who was the first reporter, like
Karl, when he made confirmations in the past.
I see that there is the serious problem for many comet hunters and I agree with them.
We have to do something to reduce mistakes like this. In the future many SOHO members
might to be disappointed when someone will submit similar reports.

如果我记得没错Karl也给了你发现权，因为你只比Masanori慢了一分钟，而且你提交的是完
全正确的报告。
而另一次呢， Toni / Arkadiusz (Nov 15 2009 16:16:57) 和Jiangao/Robert，都是第一份
报告早于第二份报告15-20分钟，所以我在发公告列表的时候都将第一份报告作为发现者，就像
Karl过去认证时那样。我明白有许多comet hunter存在着很严重的问题。我们必须做些什么来减
少这样的错误。在将来许多SOHO成员将对这样发报告的人很失望。

Unfortuntately I was unable to confirm several other claims he made,
mostly because the objects were at the level of background noise.
This included the Kracht-group comets he reported.

我认为它可能不是Kreutz彗星（运行速度有些快）。
