测试南京英星光学仪器厂Plan 10X物镜

南京英星光学仪器厂的平场物镜可能是最便宜的国产Plan物镜,这次仅用Plan 10X物镜测试了几种切片:

嗯,看背景能感觉到聚光镜的位置调整得不合适

谢谢好友的指点! 聚光镜几乎调到最高的位置,光闌也调到较小的位置。拍摄时未调整聚光镜,下次一定改进。

光阑的大小要根据物镜的使用情况来调整。从照片看所用物镜的色差挺明显的(如倒数第二张上很容易发现黑点有蓝边)

谢谢一丈法师的细心指点! 以前拍微距没有这么复杂,刚开始接触显微摄影,好多东西没弄明白:
(1)聚光器的距离如何调节? (目前只是随意调的,位置靠上)
(2)下面光源的光阑大小如何调节? (感觉小光阑时景深会大些,但背景污点也会显现)
(3)聚光器上也有一个光阑,其作用似乎与镜头的光圈类似,也是小光阑时景深会大些
(4)这个平场物镜与原重光的SP物镜差别不大,似乎没有甚么优势(宣传上说视场会大些、会平些,但没感觉出来)
(5)法师看出该物镜的色差很明显,也许这个PL镜消色差的效果不如原来的SP镜

从网上查柯勒照明的原理及调整方法,有详细的解释,问题中的前三条自然就明白了。

光源的灯丝经聚光镜及可变视场光阑后,灯丝像第一次落在聚光镜孔径的平面处,聚光镜又将该处的后焦点平面处形成第二次的灯丝像。这样在被检物体的平面处没有灯丝像的形成,不影响观察。此外照明变得均匀。观察时,可改变聚光镜孔径光阑的大小,使光源充满不同物镜的入射光瞳,而使聚光镜的数值孔径与物镜的数值孔径匹配。同时聚光镜又将视场光阑成像在被检物体的平面处,改变视场光阑的大小可控制照明范围。
