If you find that AllSky isn't your cup of tea, like everything else in Starry Night you have complete control over its display. A new tab in the OPTIONS:STARS panel allows you to set the quality of display, or you can turn it off completely.

厉害，楼上的兄弟分析的如此透彻，这个新特色的确是最诱人的，以前openGL的渲染效果有点差强人意，现在这个才叫真正的openGL。
不过这儿全是专业天文人士，对软件的画面是不看重的，比如那个skymap就是典型。

starrynight的观赏性真是越来越强，不过代价也很高呀
Requires Windows XP, 800 MHz or higher processor, 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended) and 3.0 GB of hard disk space for full install. OpenGL® support requires a 64 MB OpenGL® capable graphics card. Minimum recommended monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. DVD-ROM drive required for installation.

Starry Nighty在EXPERTS这一类里有两个系列Pro和Pro Plus

不知道这两个系列有啥区别？

starryNigh backyard 入門    資料比較少
starryNight pro 專業多   能跳到 2000光年內 任一顆星上看天空
starryNight deep space   好像能跳出銀河系外  .. 不知道能否跳到 麥哲倫星雲 看
       本銀河 ??

不知道 plus VS  deepSpace 有何差
