Are all of those terms in the .DOC file required? I think many info are personal and private.

yeah, to be a moderator you need several qualifications:

1 must be a warm-hearted person who will devote himself or herself into the astronomical popularization.
2 must be an amateur or a professional who has some skills in astronomy.
3 must be a reliable person who love the forum and see the people here as his or her own friends.
4 must comply with the forum rule and can serve the people here with heart and soul.

So this is not only an on line community but a family, personal info can be told us and no worry about it, just like your close friend know your info.
