ED的设计, 两片式A spectacular prominence rises 90,000 km (56,000 miles) above
the Sun’s photosphere, driven along magnetic lines to form an
enormous arc. This hydrogen-alpha image was captured by Jack
Newton using a Coronado H-α filter attached to Mr. Newton’s
Meade 7" ED Apochromatic Refractor. The 0.04-sec. exposure
