Hi all,
I visually observed C/2006 A1 (Pojmanski) on the 24th... Sadly it has almost disappeared from my New Zealand sky (1-2 days left), you northern folk are in for a treat (initially anyhow). The tail is looking very nice in images (e.g. see the image taken with my 16" below).

Hi All
2006 Feb. 26.85 UT, m1=5.1, Dia.=3', DC=7, 25x80 scope, Con Stoitsis
Clonbinane, Victoria, Australia, LM +6.0. Tail length 1 deg long in PA

surrounded by some bright nebulosity, which gets more difussed at the
edges. Possibly my last look as the comet is now very low.
