派拉蒙赤道仪的打滑问题就如视频(http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMj ... 8191407.0.0#paction)所示的那样,一开始我以为是平衡做得不够好,后来试过了很多个位置,不管平衡还是不平衡,赤道仪都会打滑,说明书上也没有相关问题的介绍,直到有一天我打开了下图所示的橡胶盖子,发现了一个新世界——派拉蒙有一个cam stop和spring plunger调节螺丝,就在橡胶盖子底下。
说明书关于这个螺丝的介绍在另一本说明书里,我跟着连接到官网下载了这个cam stop说明书
该cam stop的功能如下文:
An adjustable mechanical mechanism called the cam stop is integrated into the Paramount’sright ascension and declination worm block. When properly adjusted, the cam stop preventsthe worm teeth from completely separating from the gear teeth during normal operation(specifically, when the Two Position Switch is in the Track Mode).While the cam stop is set to the correct position at the factory, it can be adjusted under thefollowing circumstances:
The worm separates from the gear during normal operation.
The worm block has been removed or replaced.
Any screw in the worm block assembly has been adjusted for any reason.
翻译一下就是:cam stop 是一个装置,用来调节蜗杆和齿轮的咬合程度,调节合适的情况下,正常使用中用来防止蜗杆和马达完全脱离,如果调节不合适,正常使用中蜗杆就会和马达分离。
虽然我不知道蜗杆是什么,但是隐隐约约感觉和这个调节螺丝有关。
往后我又看到了这段话:
When the cam stop and spring plungers are improperly adjusted, a relatively small torque from to an out of balance payload (approximately 10 ft-lb) can cause the worm to separate from the gear. When this occurs, the worm and gear teeth will make a very disturbing sound as they slide past one another as the axis rotates. This rarely causes permanent damage to the worm or gear, but should be avoided as it can shorten the life of the worm and gear.
翻译一下就是:当cam stop和spring plunger没有调整好,那么相对较小的一个阻力就有可能引起蜗杆和齿轮的分离,并发出恼人的声音,这虽然不会损伤蜗杆和齿轮,但会缩短使用寿命。
这仿佛就是我所遇到的问题!
