晕,我打开了,但用了很久的时间~
数据库看不到呀,字体太小了,也不太明白?

Well done.

If you can collect the data for about 10 years, we can calculate the clear-sky possibility for a specified day. But I think the weather stations should have such data already.  ^^

气象台的数据都是国家机密，不过我可以找到从1996年开始的气象资料。
