制作过程：
used 30 slats in my tube and sanded and scraped them into a very round form before finishing. Here are the forms
cut out
cutting a waste piece then cutting it into 15 pieces and test fitting like shown
Test fit slightly over size by maybe 2 or 3 mm
carefully cut all 30 slats this exact size and test fit them then glue them
test fit the half before gluing.
Test fitted pieces. Remember they are a few mm over sized so they clamp together firmly when the simi circles are tightened up.
Set the glued assembly in the circles and clamp them. The glue that oozes out on the inside can be rubbed into the interior to create a sealer. that is what I chose to do with it. It will provide a great seal against humidity and will accept paint
The two halves of the OTA painted and ready to fit together. test fit the pieces and take away material to form a nice tube.

Get a nice square cut using the simi circles as a router guide.
