I have not looked threw a ES127APO but did have a Skywatcher 120ED Pro and a Intes Micro M603 with 1/8th wave optics. The 120ED did a nice job on wide feild veiws and double star/planetary veiws were very nice, it kept up with the M603 almost on evry target but when you had nights that there was excellent seeing the M603 bested the 120ED on resolving tight doubles and planetary detail. Were the M603 spanked the 120ED bad was lunar but I did end up selling the M603 cause of cool down issues but have since moved to a larger home and keep my current mac in an unheated garage so cool down time is cut more than half during the colder months. You here the term refractor like images used by most mac owners but if you have an excellent sample of a Rumak designed MCT to me the images are just like a refractor except in the star test and thats only by the central obstruction. IMO the MK67 delux is a heck of allot easier to mount and far mor portable and if you dont like the crude rissian crayford focuser I do belive there are aftermarket companies that offer an upgrade. Thats the only dig that I can see with the MK67 plus the rumak design offres a very flat FOV. Good luck and enjoy whichever scope you go for and have fun!
