Observation of I. Tr. E today.
Recorded time:21:17:04.054
Individual error:0.198s
Real time:21:17:03.856
I think the timing is a failure because the timer was thought to work out when the Io was just to come out of the face of Jupiter,I checked it and found it was noting wrong at all!!I observed Io again and found it had already been out!!Though I stopped the timing immediately,it was about 20s' late,I estimate.
By the way,I lost a good chance to observe the I.Sh.I at 12 21.5 UT because I thought my telescope could not see the shadow of moons and did not do it at all!As a matter of fact,I was completely wrong,I could see the shadow of Io move slowly on the face of Jupiter. It seems that I can have more project to do about the timing.
Also some information about my telescope:
refractor,D=100mm,F=700mm,G=70x.
That's all.
Oh,I forgot to write down the seeing just now on the web:Seeing:I~II(Antoniadi) |
